Web Design
New Riga is a modern workspace located in the northern part of Moscow. The property owner needed a website design which had to tell about the advantages of this place for visitors, such as:
Good location and fast internet;
Affordable price;
There are meeting rooms, open spaces, and a kitchen;
European renovation, good furniture, and interior.
With my customers, we establish criteria for the types of visitors they want to attract to their facility. During the discussion, we identified five main client groups: those who need a single workspace for a one-time or infrequent visit; those seeking a permanent workspace for themselves; those looking for a meeting room or office for a few people for a short period; those needing a flexible, large office or space for their company; those seeking a venue for events with 25 to 100 people.
Based on this information, I designed a block with tariffs.
We have identified the following elements as the most important on the room page: sections with brief information, a description, characteristics, a list of equipment, and details about the location.
One of the owners of New Riga was developing a service that allows visitors to book rooms and access them using a QR code. His team was working on an API that integrates access control systems with a room directory. As the demand for flexible office space grows, many traditional business centers could benefit from this software for a small fee.
I began assisting with the design, and we created the first version. However, the project is currently on hold. I’m sharing the design of the landing page for the service, as we may revisit this project in the future.
The landing page provides information about managing flexible office space. It explains that visitors can book rooms and automatically receive access passes, while business centers can set up a room catalog and analyze occupancy levels.
